Internal Departments

Departments should follow the schedule below for priority reservations. Dates are subject to change:

• Summer 2024 (May 18th, 2024 – August 16th, 2024): Submit on January 3rd, 2024
• Fall 2024 (August 17th 2024 – January 2nd, 2025): Submit on March 11th, 2024
• Spring 2025 (January 3rd 2025 -May 17th, 2025): Submit on October 2nd, 2024

External Organizations

External Organizations should follow the schedule below for priority reservations. Dates are subject to change:

• Summer 2024 (May 18th 2024 – August 16th 2024): Submit on January 12th, 2024
• Fall 2024 (August 17th 2024 – January 2nd, 2025): Submit on March 25th, 2024
• Spring 2025 (January 3rd 2025 -May 17th, 2025): Submit on October 22nd, 2024
